How it All Started

Hi babes — we’re Sierra and Mel! Sierra is an aerospace engineer, and Melissa is an ER/Trauma nurse turned nursing administrator. We’ve both built successful careers in high-pressure, high-impact fields, but deep down, we always knew there was something more waiting for us — something creative, meaningful, and just a little more fun.

Flashback to Memorial Day Weekend 2024: a few cocktails in, soaking up the Arizona sunshine, we had our ah-ha moment — and just like that, Valley Girl Bachelorette was born. We filed our LLC that weekend with nothing but big dreams, a shared vision, and an “if not now, when?” attitude.

Fast forward to now — what a difference a year makes. As two born creatives with unstoppable energy, hustle, and heart, we’ve poured everything into this business. Our mission? To make bachelorette weekends unforgettable and sustainable. That’s why we use high-end, reusable decor that’s as gorgeous as it is eco-conscious — because we believe celebrating should never come at the cost of the planet.

We’re best friends, chosen sisters, and basically married at this point — and we couldn’t be more excited to bring your wildest party dreams to life.
