At Valley Girl Bachelorette, all of our products are made-to-order and often customized just for you, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we care deeply about your experience and want every item to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)
The shipping box and packaging materials

We offer full-service bachelorette party planning, including luxury décor rentals, custom gift bags, theme curation, and vendor coordination. Whether you need a complete itinerary or just an insta-worthy setup—we’ve got you.
Each setup is curated to match your selected theme and package, and typically includes a photo wall backdrop, bride room décor, themed tablescapes, and our signature Valley Girl Bachelorette Olympics.

Yes! We travel to your Airbnb, hotel, rental property, or home and handle full setup and breakdown. Just make sure your host allows outside vendors!
As soon as you’ve booked your Airbnb! Popular weekends fill up quickly, especially for Thursdays and Fridays. Most clients book 4–6 months in advance to secure their theme and preferred setup time.
Totally! Our upgraded packages include many of these extras, but if you choose a lower-tier package, you can still add on the items you want to create your perfect party setup. Options include custom gift bags, recovery kits, mimosa and margarita bars, a poolside décor package, light-up marquee letters, our beer pong package, and the crowd-favorite Fill the Fridge service.

Booking is easy! Just head to our Consultation Call page to schedule a call with our team. We’ll chat through your vision, walk you through our packages, and help you create the perfect bachelorette experience. After the call, we’ll send over a proposal and next steps to secure your date!

We currently serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Peoria, Glendale, Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert. Planning something special outside of these areas? Send us a message—we’re always up for a good adventure!
After your consultation call, we’ll send over a detailed proposal outlining your chosen package, add-ons, and event details. You’ll have the opportunity to review and accept the proposal.

Once accepted, an invoice will be automatically generated with a secure payment link. To complete your booking, the full balance is due at that time. Your date and theme are not confirmed until payment is received in full, as all décor is reserved specifically for your event.

Absolutely! We typically begin decorating at your confirmed check-in time or whenever your Airbnb host grants us access. Depending on your package, setup usually takes between 1 to 2 hours.

If you're hoping to walk into a fully decorated space earlier in the day, consider booking the home for the night before and reach out to us—we’ll check availability for an evening-before install.

Many of our clients also choose to have us decorate while they're out enjoying a meal or an activity. Whether you're out and about or hanging at the house, we're happy to make the magic happen either way!
Not at all! If you won’t be there, just provide us with the address and entry instructions—we’ll take care of everything. Once we’re finished setting up (or packing it all up after your weekend), we’ll make sure everything is secure before we head out. No hassle, no stress!

We’ll return the morning of your checkout, anytime between 7:00 AM and your scheduled checkout time, to carefully take down all décor and pick up any rental items.

We kindly ask for at least 90 minutes prior to your checkout time to complete the breakdown. If you've made arrangements with your host to allow us access after checkout, just let us know—we’re happy to coordinate a later breakdown time with their approval.
Nope! If you’ll be out or already on your way home, just provide us with entry instructions or a door code, and we’ll take care of it all. We’ll make sure everything is packed up and the space is locked up when we leave.
It’s totally up to you and how quickly you’d like us out! We’ll take care of the full breakdown—just make sure personal items are cleared from décor areas.

Want a quicker exit? You can help speed things up by deflating pool floats and laying them out to dry, and emptying and rinsing out coolers before we arrive. Either way, we’ve got the rest covered—no cleanup stress on your end!

Once you've booked our Fill the Fridge service, you're free to start creating your online grocery order at any time. We recommend using Safeway or Albertsons, and it’s important to select the store nearest to your Airbnb. Not sure which one? No problem—just ask and we’ll help you find the closest location.

Keep in mind: most stores won’t allow you to schedule your order until 7 days before pickup, so plan to finalize and submit your order at least 72 hours before your arrival to ensure everything’s ready to go when we stock your fridge!
To make sure everything runs smoothly, follow these steps to place your grocery order for our Fill the Fridge service:

📍 Choose the Right Store

You’ll need to schedule your pickup order at the Safeway or Albertsons closest to your Airbnb. To find the best location, use the store locator tool on their websites and enter your exact Airbnb address.

Need help figuring out which store to use? Just reach out—we’re happy to assist! Once you’ve identified the store, please text us at (480)588-2849 or email info@valleygirlbachelorette.com with the store name and location so we can confirm it’s the closest option.

✅ Important: The maximum order total is $750.

⏰ Pickup Time

Please select the earliest available pickup time on the day of your scheduled service. Don’t worry—the store will hold your order until we arrive to collect it.

🙋‍♀️ Your Contact Info

Use your own name, email, phone number, and date of birth when placing the order. Be sure to use the same contact info you used to book our service so we can easily locate the order at pickup.

While the store may note that an ID or credit card is required for pickup, you can disregard this—we’ll handle the pickup for you. However, we do require a copy of your ID on file to confirm that the responsible party is over 21 years of age, especially if your order includes alcohol.
