Subject to certain exceptions outlined below, Valley Girl Bachelorette will, upon receipt of a verifiable request, take the following actions:

• Delete your personal information from our records; and

• Instruct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may decline to delete your personal information if retaining it is necessary to:

• Complete a transaction for which the information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall under federal law, or provide a good or service you requested or reasonably expect as part of our ongoing business relationship;

• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible;

• Identify and repair errors that impair existing functionality;

• Exercise free speech, ensure the rights of others to exercise free speech, or exercise another legal right;

• Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act or other applicable law;

• Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest, provided deletion would seriously impair the achievement of such research and you previously gave informed consent;

• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;

• Comply with a legal obligation; or

• Use the information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which it was provided.
